4) Why refuse to take Communion when Article 26 reassures us of the validity of Communion even if the person who takes the service is unworthy to do so?
Richard accepts that any service led by the Bishop is valid, just as any sermon he preaches may be helpful. His difficulty centres on receiving Holy Communion as an expression of unity with a leader of the Church who seeks to promote a view that the Church of England should consider something the Bible forbids.
